The Gutter-Vac system uses a powerful vacuum and pressure washing system to safely and effectively remove leaves, dirt and other debris from guttering at roof level. In addition to clearing blocked gutters, Gutter-Vac is a preventative maintenance service. It is recommended that property owners should clean out gutters annually to prevent blockages, backing up and subsequent expensive damage to walls, decorations, soft furnishings and carpets. Many property owners might not be aware that insurance companies will decline to pay claims for this type of damage if gutters have not been properly maintained. |
